Andrea Lieberstein, MPH, RDN, RYT, IMTA CMT-P offers mindfulness-based wellness and mindful eating coaching and training to professionals, individuals, groups and organizations. One of her greatest passions and joy is bringing the life transforming practices of mindfulness, mindful eating, optimal nutrition, yoga and healthy lifestyles to others. She uses cutting edge, evidence-based nutrition, weight management, stress management, yoga and mindfulness based practices in effective and affordable programs. She weaves together a personalized program based on the unique needs and preferences of each client. Life balance, disordered eating, emotional eating, body image issues, stress related and health concerns and optimum nutrition are among the many issues addressed. Individual in-person, phone, or virtual office sessions or classes are available.
